Co-Broker Policy
PLATINUM HOME BUILDERS, invites local broker participation in our communities. We pay 2.5% co-broke fee. To ensure payment of this fee, please follow the guidelines listed below when registering your buyers.

Agent must accompany buyer on their first visit to our community. At that time, buyer will be registered in that community with their agent/broker. Phone in registry cannot be accepted.
Registration applies only to the community where the buyer is registered. follow the format listed above to register buyer in other communities.
Registration is agent/brokers name remains active for 30 days. This may be extended if additional time is needed to write a contract.
The 2.5% fee is normally paid at the time of closing and is based on the contract purchase price, excluding lot premiums, options & additions.
Please call for information or visit one of our model homes in Venetian Bay in person to register your clients.
