Our mission is to continue to be the builder of choice in Volusia and Flagler county, by consistently providing the highest quality design, workmanship, and integrity, to always exceed the expectations of our clients in building their luxury dream home.

Meet The Builders

Second-generation builder Paul Rechichar has been building exceptional homes in Florida for over 25 years. His father taught him the business and the value of a strong work ethic.  Platinum Builders is a family owned and operated with Paul, his wife Melissa, and son Nathan at the helm.  They are also joined by their daughter Kristy in operations to ensure their commitment to providing exceptional service to their clients.  

 

Family owned and operated means three things: trust, integrity, and accountability throughout the entire process.  We are hands-on builders who personally oversee every phase of the design and construction projects.

Paul built his company, Platinum Builders, much like he builds his homes - with never-ending attention to detail while demanding the highest quality in design, integrity, craftsmanship, and accountability throughout the entire process.  When you choose Platinum Builders, you're not just a client, you're becoming part of our family tradition.

Platinum Home Builder's Co-Broke Policy

PLATINUM HOME BUILDERS, invites local broker participation in our communities.

We pay 2.5% co-broke fee.  To ensure payment of this fee, please follow the guidelines listed below when registering your buyers:

  • Agent must accompany buyer on their first visit to our community.  At that time, buyer will be registered in that community with their agent/broker.  Phone in registry cannot be accepted.

  • Registration applies only to the community where the buyer is registered.  Follow the format listed above to register buyer in other communities.

  • Registration is agent/brokers name remains active for 30 days. This may be extended if additional time is needed to write a contract.

  • The 2.5% fee is normally paid at the time of closing and is based on the contract purchase price, excluding lot premiums, options, and additions.
