Meet The Builders
Second-generation builder Paul Rechichar has been building exceptional homes in Florida for over 25 years. His father taught him the business and the value of a strong work ethic. Platinum Builders is a family owned and operated with Paul, his wife Melissa, and son Nathan at the helm. They are also joined by their daughter Kristy in operations to ensure their commitment to providing exceptional service to their clients.
Nathan Rechichar plays a key leadership role at Platinum Home Builders, where his passion for quality craftsmanship and forward-thinking design continues to drive the company’s success. In addition to his work with Platinum, Nathan serves as President of the Volusia Building Industry Association (VBIA), where he is a dedicated advocate for the home building industry. His commitment to responsible growth and builder representation has taken him to the Florida Capitol, where he has represented Florida Home Builders at the FHBA Legislative Conference. Nathan’s leadership, industry insight, and advocacy help shape the future of homebuilding both locally and statewide.

Platinum Home Builder's Co-Broke Policy
PLATINUM HOME BUILDERS, invites local broker participation in our communities.
We pay 2.5% co-broke fee. To ensure payment of this fee, please follow the guidelines listed below when registering your buyers:

Agent must accompany buyer on their first visit to our community. At that time, buyer will be registered in that community with their agent/broker. Phone in registry cannot be accepted.

Registration applies only to the community where the buyer is registered. Follow the format listed above to register buyer in other communities.

Registration is agent/brokers name remains active for 30 days. This may be extended if additional time is needed to write a contract.

The 2.5% fee is normally paid at the time of closing and is based on the contract purchase price, excluding lot premiums, options, and additions.
