Second-generation builder, Paul Rechichar, President and Owner of Platinum Builders, is a hands-on and customer-centric builder like no other in the New Smyrna Beach market on Florida's east coast. Platinum Builders is family owned and operated. With Paul, his wife Melissa, and son Nathan at the helm, family owned and operated means three things; trust, integrity and accountability throughout the entire process. They are also joined by their daughter Kristy in operations to ensure their commitment to providing exceptional service to their clients. Being hands-on, Paul understands the unique challenges that go with the needs of each customer. This only happens when “The Builder” takes time to be personally involved.
